Funny you should mention this on the Barney picture. The first acrobalance move that occurs to me is called "The Dragon." It's fairly impressive. Also makes me wonder if a dragon could be our maybe-villain.
Along those lines, I also keep thinking about the crocodile from the Punch & Judy in the context of setting this in a basement.
It would be fun to create a really big puppet using all 3 of us. Keeping the acrobatic aspect of Zuppa in mind.
